Suzanne Pilley went missing on the morning of 4 May 2010 in Edinburgh, Scotland. Her former partner, David Gilroy, was found guilty of her murder by majority verdict and on 15 March 2012 was sentenced to life imprisonment. The judge ordered him to serve a minimum of 18 years in prison. The body of Suzanne Pilley has never been found.
